Title: Mint sauce recipe please

Hi all, I am looking for a recipe for mint sauce that can be bottled and not refrigerated until after it has been opened. I have looked on the condiments and sauces thread but found only one recipe for mint sauce which I did not think suitable to bottle. Does anyone please have a suitable mint sauce recipe  that makes a reasonable amount that does not need refrigerating? thanks

There is one in the EDC that I use and don't refrigerate if that is any help
