My name is Carole I went to a demo about 6mths ago and liked what I saw. I have just had a demo at my house (today) and have purchased my Thermomix. It will be in my kitchen within a week and I can't wait. ;D

Hello Nanna Carole, welcome to the forum.  So pleased you have joined us and believe me, we all share your excitement.  Whilst you are waiting for your delivery have a good browse of this forum and pick out some recipes, get the ingredients in and be ready to go when it arrives. Your grand-children will love you for all the treats you are going to make and if they are anything like mine, they will want to make things everytime they visit you.
