Title: Souvlaki wraps?

I am cooking a HUGE  :o roast lamb tonight and thought I might use the left overs in souvlakis. I have made the tortilla's from JulieO's Enchilda's before, should I use that recipe or would it be completely different? Does any body have a souvlaki wrap recipe?

I use that recipe for all my wraps. We have roast lamb in wraps quite regularly.
