Title: Curried Chicken Sandwich Filling page 97 FFS

Curried chicken sandwich filling. I noticed it has not been reviewed as yet, so here goes...our verdict 5/5  - simple and delicious! I did not have curry powder so just used chicken stock as flavoring.

This was delicious...and I think the dried cherries really elevated it.
Made the day before, so flavours were great.
I went the easy route, and made the curry mayonnaise with Praise traditional, and curry powder to taste.
Chopped the dried cherries, and toasted walnuts more than required.

I filled bread cones (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=12245.msg248318#msg248318) that I had made earlier, and enjoyed for lunch.

Oh I love the bread cones...how enticing...think i might just have to make this one asap!

How did you make the bread cone maddy, never seen one of those before.  Clever chick, looks great.  Don't worry explaining - I found where you posted the recipe  :D

I made this for lunch today. I made the yellow curry paste but didn't have lemon grass and thawed the galangal but forgot to add it! Lol

Never mind it was Yum. I'm already thinking how to change this for next time :)
