Not sure if this is the place to post this.  I was searching for something else on the net when this site appeared on the list with the offer of what appears to be a very interesting little (?) book.  I still can't get my head around the way to link other sites so will just copy and paste as usual . . .

I'm sure some of these recipes could easily be adapted to the TMX . . . would be interested to hear what you think of it . . .

It does look interesting. How would food stuffs go importing them from USA. (I think it is a USA company ??????)

I think I'd have to be pretty desperate to order foodstuffs from the other side of the world, Cookie - but I found the ebook interesting - and it's free.  I've only checked a couple of recipes and at least they don't call for specific ingredients that you can only buy from the site - so you're not caught out in that respect!
