Post by: gertbysea on July 01, 2012, 01:48:04 am: New next door neighbour moving in yesterday. Gave them a loaf of Isi's bread and butter I made with frozen cream. I found when emptying my freezer. It was the fastest ever. Took only 30 seconds to churn from cream to butter. Wrapped the bread in a new enjo bamboo tea towel I bought at my demonstration 3 years ago. Hated the damn things since they cannot go in the dryer.

That was pretty good too. Nice to give a welcome gift made I or due to Thermie.

Post by: desi on July 01, 2012, 06:20:26 am: Gert, I always remember our old neighbour who gave us hot scones the first day we moved to our house in Tasmania. That was over thirty years ago. The couple lived to their late nineties and I have fond memories of their friendship and kindness :)

So imagine my delight when DD9 asked today if she could have a cookie - "one that YOU made mum, not those bought ones".
