Title: Choc tray bake by the pink whisk
Post by: droverjess on July 06, 2012, 10:21:54 pm
This is fab. http://www.thepinkwhisk.co.uk/2012/02/chocolate-frosted-traybake.html
do check it out, it's seriously good.

Made in  *: but think a pan is quicker and easier because of the bubbling butter.

Made double quantity.
One to leave one to take on holiday.

The photo in the link almost makes it look like mud cake, but without the actual chocolate in the cake I'm assuming it would be a (slightly) healthier alternative...

Thanks DJ. I will still be calling in here, especially if bad weather.
Long journey today, from south coast almost to Scotland.

Not long in Aussie terms though. LOL..
