Well, after dreaming endlessly, I finally got a Thermo machine yesterday. After a lot of research, we decided to go for a Thermochef in the first instance. I know that there are distinct differences between the TC and TMX but I wanted to ensure that this 'way' of cooking fit for our family before getting a Thermomix (plus the benefit of having two machines down the track if it suits ;) ). So far, so good :). We have made: vanilla custard, beef rendang curry with green beans and rice, lentil patties, hot chocolate, ice cream and orange/cinnamon rice pudding. So much for my waistline ;)

Looking forward to this journey and learning more! :)

I am so behind on posts I have no idea what is happening here!! I have been reading the shopping thread and the retreat thread.
We had our offer accepted and sold our house in 14 days flat! Quite a full on process considering we had about 9 years of maintenance etc to do in about 8 days :o
