Title: Chicken and Corn Soup - Devil of a Cookbook
Post by: Nikkit on July 12, 2012, 04:19:46 am
Apologies if this has already been reviewed, but I couldn't find it...

Made this last night, and it was yummo.

The only thing you have to watch out for is there are way too many ingredients to all fit into the TM bowl.

I cut mine back to 3 corn cobs of corn, 1000g water, same everything else, but it was still too full so I had to tip some out liquid when I put the chicken thighs in. So less water would be better.

Nikkit,  thanks for the useful review.  Just the sort of info we need.

I thought this was quite nice.  I just used regular soy sauce, but halved the amount.  I didn't find it was too much for the bowl either, maybe my corn was smaller?
