Title: Boiled Orange & ALmond cake

Do you use the water the oranges were cooked in when mixing the cake?

Don't know which recipe you are referring to but in my recipe you boil th orange but do not use water.

I haven't used the water when making these types of cakes.  I just put the oranges in the microwave for c. 4 minutes and they are done, very little liquid comes off them.
