Gimlet
Serves 6
Ingredients
100g lime cordial
200g gin
200g ice

Place butterfly on blades, add ingredients. Mix 15 seconds Speed 2. Strain and serve in Martini glasses.

That's good thinking - like the idea of butterfly to mix my drinks.  Can make enough for a crowd in one sitting.
