Title: HELP...need recipes for cooking class!
Post by: riv_mum on June 02, 2009, 06:19:38 am
I am devestated to find that cocinar con thermomix corum can no longer be found!! Anybody know what happened?
I used to get recipes form there to translate and use for my cooking classes.
So now i need your help!!!!!  :)
I'm after quick and easy recipes which really demonstrate the versitility and ease of the thermomix for new customers but ones that my exisiting customers will love as well.

So far on the menu I have:
Beef and Guinness stew
White choc risotto with caramelised apples
Lucious Coconut Body scrub
Choc supprise puddings.

Im looking for another main meal - preferably one that uses the Varoma and bowl at the same time, any warm dips and generally any thing else you can recommend as a great winter recipe!

Looking forward to any suggestions.

There was an email sent out to those registered from the Administrator (in Spanish)  Macorla explained that there were problems and so it was closed.  Some of the moderators set up http://thermomixeros.superforo.net/forum.htm (http://thermomixeros.superforo.net/forum.htm)

Other options -  the Spanish thermomix recipe site : http://vorwerk.com/es/thermomix/html/recetas_thermomix,category.html (http://vorwerk.com/es/thermomix/html/recetas_thermomix,category.html)

 and their forum: http://www.vorwerk.com/es/thermomix/foro/ (http://www.vorwerk.com/es/thermomix/foro/)

If you speak Italian:

Bimby Land:  http://bimby.mastertopforum.com/index.php (http://bimby.mastertopforum.com/index.php)

Italian TMX site: http://www.vorwerk.com/it/thermomix/html/ricettario-tm31,category.html (http://www.vorwerk.com/it/thermomix/html/ricettario-tm31,category.html)

This forum ????

Yep lots of good ones here!  ;D
Just like to find something different every now and then and that site had it all set out nicely with indexes and links for all their cookbooks.
Thanks for the other links

I suspect it proberly had something to do with copyright issues as almost every recipe from every cookbook was posted on the forum.
Ours is unique! :)

Rivmum, have you tried the Foam recipe I have posted. The Bimbettes did one in a class last week here in Spain, its fantastic! I have just frozen some cherries to try it with cherries. Its fantastic with strawberries. Very impressive to pass around a class and let people have a taster! ;) ;) ;)
