Title: From Yvette. Curry Coleslaw
Post by: cookie1 on September 21, 2012, 05:21:00 am
Cookie here is the recipe this was given to me by the lovely consultant Lynette MacDonald hope it is ok that I posted this:

Marion Jordan's Famous Curry Coleslaw

1 small head of cabbage cut into large chunks
60g chopped shallots (green onions)
120g raisins
225g frozen peas
120g peanuts
30g chopped parsley
240g mayonnaise
5g-15g hot curry powder

Place parsley in TM bowl and chop on speed 10 for 4 seconds. Add all other ingredients to TM bowl and chop on speed 4 for 3 seconds. You will probably have to chop again on speed 4 for another second or two until you have the desired consistency.

NOTE: you may chop your ingredients on speed 5 for 3 seconds but you could end up with mush, so I err on the side of caution and use speed 4.
