This recipe was found in Super Food Ideas and has a lovely, fresh taste with a little bit of a kick but is also reasonably low in calories.
Name of Recipe: Corn & Green Onion Dip
Number of People: serves 8
Ingredients:
440g can corn kernels, drained and rinsed
2 spring onions, roughly chopped
1 teaspn sweet paprika
2 tblspns fresh coriander leaves
1 tblspn sweet chilli sauce
1/4 cup (65g) light/extra light sour cream
50g cherry tomatoes, chopped
Preparation:
Place corn kernels, spring onions, paprika, coriander leaves and sweet chilli sauce in the TM bowl and chop 8 sec/speed 6.
Add the sour cream and mix 10 sec/speed 3.
Add S & P to taste.
Place in serving dish and top with the chopped tomatoes
Serve with crackers or vegie sticks.
Tips/Hints:
This is nice served over Potatoes baked in their jackets.

Thanks ES, it's different isn't it - I like the fact that it is lower in calories than a lot of dips.
