Title: Another newbie from Perth - HI!

Hi everyone! I am an impending TM owner - my TM is being delivered tomorrow morning! YAY I am so excited :)

I live in Beeliar and am a SAHM to a gorgeous little 4-month old boy.

Can't wait to see what everyone is cooking and get involved on here!

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! My consultant made the Veg Stock Concentrate with us this morning when she delivered my TM and it smells divine. Wanted to break out and cook everything in the EDC but didn't have many ingredients at home  :-\  so off to do a shop tomorrow! Hubby has already chosen the Chilli Con Carne and I am also going to try my hand at the Focaccia and Creamy Yoghurt. Looking forward to cooking up a storm!

Success with the EDC Focaccia today! I did a search on here for hints and tips before I made it, which was great because I found out that the dough really was meant to be THAT sticky! You truly can find anything and everything TMX-related here  :)

Topped it with garlic-infused EVOO, sea salt and rosemary before baking. We even dunked it into the Malaysian Chicken Curry that I made for dinner tonight. Yum!
