I made Tenina's rich choccie ice-cream out of FFS. Have never made ice-cream before.
I followed the instructions and rechurned the ice-cream and then left it in the freezer over night and it has frozen nicely.
Then Tenina says , you can beat it again if you would like a lighter mixture. Should I have only let it par freeze again? Is it too late to re-beat it now it has fully frozen?
Thanks in advance.

I often re-churn after freezing, sometimes the ice-cream is icy & by re-churning in thermie it eliminates the ice.
