My first Thermomix dinner is on...smells soooo good. Just hope it tastes as good as it smells ;)

Well done ausfurby!!! Glad your first TM meal has been a big success! I haven't tried that recipe either...I think I need to now (I've never actually made a meatloaf...I'm adding this to my "to-do" list!)

What's on the menu for tomorrow night then?

4 years down the track and I still haven't tried this recipe - probably because I have never made a meat loaf in my life, the recipe seems very long and I rarely revisit that book for recipes, only for basic instructions.  So, it was really nice then ???

Was soo good...and had soo much flavour :).  Was a lot moister than i thought it would be too...next time i will probably cut the cooking time down by a couple of minutes...thought id play it safe for the first time and did the whole 40min, but am sure it was probably fine after about 35 :)

I haven't made this either. I remember looking at the recipe and thinking that it was so long and gave up. I'm glad it was nice and that you enjoyed it.
