Title: Alvins Green Curry Paste pg 12 Asian Cookbook
Post by: Halex on November 13, 2012, 02:19:22 am
This is absolutely fantastic. I use it in currys & also marinate chicken & cook on the bbq.
It bltizs in 30-60 seconds ready to go. I usually make doube or more. I find it freezes very well.

Love it.

H :)

Hally does it have coriander in it? If so are you able to pm me the recipe? I've got a bunch of coriander I really need to use but the plan is already done for this week and there's nothing using coriander on there - no idea what I bought it for  ???

Thanks Hally, the only thing I don't have is the lemongrasss. I'll see if I can get some before the coriander dies totally.

courton I'll have to look Chookies recipe up. Thanks

Just made this, not hot enough for us, next time I will include some smaller chillies as well. But lovely flavour. I cooked on the stove top with chicken thighs, zucchini and spring onion, with coriander to serve. Very happy!!!! Love Thai food....
