cut in half length ways and stuff them with a savory rice, and bake.

I gave them 3 pieces of my bread yesterday with the Jalapenos in, maybe its a hit for more bread :)
I dont know how hot the Jalapenoes are?
Will use a capsicum sunday for pizza & 1 tonight with salad.
-
Being green they are probably not as hot as red ones would be...? :)

Cut them in half longways and scoup out the seeds. You will be left with long boats. In a bowl, combine chopped basil, garlic, black pepper and fetta cheese. Stuff the capsicum with the Cheese mix and cook on the BBQ. The skin will char a little and the cheese will get warm and gooey.

ES that sounds great
