Well as the title says. ;)
Today I had fresh ripe juicy peaches for my snacks, girls had banana and apple for theirs. :)
-
Apricots for me and DD had banana
-
Fruit and then fruit again. I love fruit. If there is no nice fruit in the house I'll have a few sultanas or a small container of Goulburn Valley fruit in juice.
-
You are all so good. Doesn't anyone have chocolate or chips?
I love nuts. At the moment I have some of Cookies beetroot and cashew nut dip and have that with rice crackers.
Dukkah another favourite. Dried fruit occasionally. Jatz with tomato, cheese and a coloured cocktail onion. Gherkins, love gherkins.
-
Bananas or apples.
Dry cereal.
Cruskits with vegemite.
Slice of toast.
I prefer to have six snack like meals throughout the day rather than three big meals :)
-
mini mars bars
homemade quiches
snakes
coffee in the morning
water all afternoon
biscuits
:)

Not real often here, but sometimes. Didn't today tho! :D
-
yes, chocolate in my desk...
-
Thank goodness for you Robyn. ;D

I try like mad to be good and not snack, but if I do it will be whatever I can get my hands on - sometimes something from one of the cake shops down the road or else nuts. If I am feeling extra specially virtuous I'll have fruit, but I really try to not snack during the day or evening - can you see my halo choking on my words?
-
On Saturdays my mid morning snack is something lovely, gooey, sweet and unhealthy when I have coffee with DD.
-
Home made biccies are always good. I listen to my body and find that most times I tend not to eat healthy snacks between meals.
You are what you eat - so why do I look like an apple ???
-
Fruit, nuts and yes chocolate if there is any in the house ;D
-
Fruit, except I have to share with our dog, she is crazy, the vet would not believe what she eats :-)) :-))
Nuts and Chocolate.
Have to identify with you also CP ;D ;D That is why I don't fill the biccy tins up unless I know DS's are coming to stay.

I bake on the weekend, and take stuff to work for the kids after school.
-
There's always homemade cakes or bisuits for mum, SD and DB, but I don't eat them. We also bought some chocolate coated nut bars for DB because we're trying to get him to eat so he puts on a bit of weight before he goes back to university :-\

I'm a three meals a day person so rarely snack in between. I would prefer to eat smaller meals and snacks more often but I've just never been able to change. It also means I struggle to get in enough fruit even though I love it, that's why I have a green smoothie everyday. On the weekends I'll snack a little more and it will always be savoury - chips or biscuits, rarely chocolate and never sweet biscuits or cakes.
-
I am naughty too.
Cheese & crackers, dips, nuts, chips & chocolate.
Have gained weight since I havent been exercising >:( normally can get away with it if I do lots of cardio.
No exercise >:( weight gain >:(

Caramello Koalas, mmmmmmmm! :-))
-
I rarely snack during the day but if I do it would be a few nuts from DH's container (I think I might eat more than him but if I don't they would go stale on him :-))) and the odd biscuit with our afternoon cuppa when I think to make one. Occasionally after tea I might be looking for something extra like a piece of fruit, crackers/cheese/fruit paste. Not great snackers here but always biscuits in the tin and cake in the freezer for when visitors pop in.
-
I don't usually snack during the day, like Wonder I'm a 3 meals a day person. Might have a piece of fruit in the arvo if I'm really hungry, or a homemade biscuit. My problem is snacking at night after dinner while watching telly with a glass of wine! Then I often have something savoury like cheese or dips if I've got any. Sometimes a handful of almonds if I'm feeling virtuous. Not a big chocolate eater.

KY2 caramello koalas, yummy

Hally it's going to be really hard for you to get back into it after such a long break and right on Christmas. How is the shoulder going now?
