I have just been given about 400 gm fresh sour cherries (unpitted atm) (and boy! are they sour!! ;D ;D)
Does anyone have an idea the best way to use them - preferably so they'd keep for a couple of months maybe? But other ideas more than welcome!!
Thanks!

The German Cherry Crumble Cheesecake in the EDC is nice - some reviews here (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2012.0). Just stew your fresh cherries with some sugar and use them instead of those in a jar.
Some great ideas on Kim's link too.
