Hally, did you get to make farfallina's rye loaf? It sounded pretty good! How did the UK one turn out once it was baked?

The U.k bread was nice, but it wasnt a rye bread, just used rye flour.
Hooing to do Farfillinas this week.
Busy, co has tennis camp 9-2 everyday this week.
He is doing it at the gym, my first gym workout today since my trapped nerve :)

Sometimes you can make a surrogate for a steam oven by just putting a container with hot water (at least 1 liter) on bottom of oven as you put your loaf in. Actually, for small buns even a few ice-cubes on floor of oven at the same time you put in the oven tray will do the trick.
