This looks really yummy Michelle. Would you serve it with relish or chutney? Or as a side dish?

Definitely needs a nice chutney or relish. Good cold too for a picnic.

I served this as part of a buffet lunch with roast meats etc and my brother said "love the stuffing Mich".  :-)) so it would probably make a nice stuffing for roast chicken and meat as well.

This looks really good Michele. How many people does it serve please? (I think I might have to double it)

I would say 6 people if serving with salad or vegies.

Tried this tonight, added a teaspoon of mustard powder and salt & pepper, served with tomato relish and salad, DH and I both enjoyed, I found it very filling and only ate one and half slices. We have got some for lunch tmw and will freeze the rest (http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/01/13/aba5ypyv.jpg)

Will add the mustard powder next time Rainbow - it is very filling and freezes well. I have some in the freezer too.
