Was thinking of cooking up a chinese feast tonight, and would love some suggestions.

You can buy them. They look like plastic guitar picks and puff up when in oil. Sounds so disgusting but they taste nice.
My fav dish is beef in black bean. Haven't converted it yet.

Quirky Jo has a nice fried rice on her blog. I think it is called not quite fried rice or something similar. One day I will learn to do the links on the iPad. I have almost mastered copy and paste.
