Title: Strawberry Champagne - Quick Fix in the Thermomix
Post by: JulieO on January 18, 2013, 09:02:32 am
I really liked this and would make again for sure.

I juiced Pink Lady apples to get the apple juice and I sieved out the raspberry seeds before pouring into the little ice cube moulds.

They are nice to just eat on their own, the mixture would be lovely made into icy poles.

I put a couple into a glass of bubbly (just to try of course)    ;D

I think its a much better idea than those sickly sweet lotus flowers in syrup.....and looks so pretty too  :)

Thanks Maddy.  I have a jar of those lotus flowers that someone gave me, but have never opened it, they just didn't appeal at all.  :D

I think they're only good for tarting up average champagne  ;)
