Title: Hello from Pasto

I've been following the forum for some time and have a TM for nearly a year. My main cooking activity is the blog http://pasto.wordpress.com which is dedicated to Portuguese influenced cooking and includes my own variations on Portuguese classics!

I haven't posted TM specific recipes but I might start creating some TM versions soon.
Anyway look forward to being part of the forum !

Welcome to the forum. I had a look at the blog, and your recipes are fantastic. Can't wait to see the Thermomix conversions. I am a great fan of Portuguese food. Living in Portugal, I am lucky to have all these wonderful ingredients at hand.

Hello Pasto and welcome to this forum where you will find many members wanting recipes from around the world.  Someone was only asking the other day if anyone had a Portuguese recipe for something so I'm sure there will be a lot of people waiting to see what recipes you will be converting for us.  Enjoy your time on here and hopefully enjoy our recipes too.

Just checked out your blog - very impressive Pasto, gorgeous food.
