Title: Stilton and Celery Soup?

May I ask if anyone has got a reliable recipe for celery & stilton soup please?
It's my favourite and I know the TM would make it beautifully. I just haven't got the courage to try making one up from a recipe conventionally made.

This recipe (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=11012.0) is for Cream of Celery and Cheese Soup. :) It might give you an idea on how to proceed with converting your own favourite recipe ;)

Thanks so much, CC. I shall have a go, leaving out the bacon and all that cream, I think.

I have posted a recipe for Cream of Celery soup which is fairly healthy,  has a little butter in it to form the roux.   Could easily add the blue cheese.
