Hi Everyone

Just a quick intro.  I live on the Gold Coast with my 12 year old daughter and maltese shihtsu - Charlie (hence the username).  I have had a thermomix for a couple of years now and absolutely love it.
I have stalked the forum for quite a while now  :)

Hi Charlieboy, welcome to the forum.  You'll have to post a picture of your dog in our Pets thread (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=10992.0) - if you've been stalking us, you have probably already seen it.  By now you must feel you already know the characters on this forum so join in the fun we have on here, let us know which recipes you've been doing by way of reviews and perhaps share some of your own conversions.

What are your favourite things top make in the thermomix?  I hope you didn't receive any damage in the recent storms and rain.

Thanks everyone... so pleased I finally registered.

I will have to check out the pets thread.

Some of my favourite things to cook in the thermomix are..

Rich Chocolate Cake
Yoghurt
Bafs all in one (can't quite remember the name)
Chorizo and lentil stew (meat on the menu)
Cheese & Bacon rolls
Shortbread
Garlic Prawns
Smoothies
Juices
Milo
Risottos

There are many more but this is all I can come up with at this time of the morning  :)
