This site (http://www.cookwithalan.com/) has some really 'chefy' recipes and excellent videos.
The Chicken Mousse sounds divine.

Yes, Kim, there's not a lot there, but I think it gives you ideas of what the Thermy can do. I never thought of pureeing raw carrot to use as a decoration on a plate. I'll probably never do it, but I rather like the idea!! ;D
