Title: It finally arrived

My thermomix is finally on my kitchen bench after a couple of weeks wait. Yay! So far I've made vegie stock concentrate and porridge. I just have to decide on something for dinner now...

I'm looking forward to sharing recipes and experiences with you all.

Hi k4t, welcome to the forum.  Have fun playing with your new toy - deciding which recipe is the hard thing as there are so many nice recipes out there.  Have you seen CP's favourite list (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=6470.0) - can vouch for those as being great recipes.

Today is the beginning of your new TM cooking adventure, how exciting :)

Wonder if you will be burning the midnight oil busily reading the many recipes on here, I know I did and I haven't even
scratched the surface yet..,so many recipes, but how wonderful to be so spoilt for choice, have fun

Now the fun begins, :)  even after two years of having my TMX I still marvel at it, the things it does. So quick.

Welcome k4t. It is such an exciting time now you have your machine.  Be prepared for a few things not to go as you had hoped. Members have been known to turn the savoury 'not so goods' into soups and the sweet ones into icecreams.
With the vegetable stock you will be set for risottos and soups.
