I wonder if anyone else out there is like me ? I'm having an impromptu BBQ this evening and I'm looking for a dessert. There are just
so many delicious sounding recipes on this site, that I can't make up my mind. This happens to me so often when I'm having guests.
I spend hours trying to decide on a recipe and usually end up making something that I always make. ( or occasionally nothing as by then it's
too late ) . ;D

Peaches & Cream dessert (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=6674.0) & Queen of Puddings (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3372.0) are 2 of my favourites MangoJam.

I was like that at first. Then I learnt to trust my instincts and everyone who posts that it is a good recipe, and just go for it.
Swedish icecream cheesecake is a great BBQ dessert. So too is chocolate delight by chookie. Good luck and just go for it ;D

I always make a
" I love bimby" choc cakes, cool down, slice lengthways into thirds, fill with softened ice cream, and icing and berries on top.
quite simple, but stunning.
I have a photo on my blog if you want to look. ( look at my signature to find blog.)

Wow Robyn I didn't know you had a blog until I read your last post. It's nice. Also didn't know you bought a hot mix pro as well. How has it been compared with TMX? If I had heard of HMP before purchase of TMX I think I would have bought the former. Interested to hear what you think given you have and are cooking with both now.

You can always make a couple of batches of fruity dream and just keep them in the freezer till time to serve. I make mine first thing in the morning if I'm having guests for dinner and it is always a hit especially on warm days.

Thank you all for your suggestions. I did what I always do and spent so much time looking at the recipes that it was soon time
for my guests to arrive. Fresh tropical fruit and icecream was the result. ;D.
I did, however, make the Thai Fishcakes from this site and they were delicious.
I'm going to make the dessert suggestions over the course of the week and add them to my repertoire.
