Hi there, just a quick intro... My name is Mon and I just received my Thermomix yesterday and I have already made bread, the risotto, beetroot salad and a sorbet....
I am a work at home mum with 2 kids (one just started school) who have food intolerance so this will hopefully help us ALOT! I am also a Naturopath so I love to keep things a natural and chemical fee as possible
I look forward to chatting with you all and finding lots of useful yummy recipes

Hello and welcome to the forum Willow! :D Sounds like you've been pretty busy with your new toy already. We love the beetroot salad here :)
A thermomix is perfect for cooking for intolerances and cooking with raw and natural ingredients. You'll have a ball with it!

Hello Mon, welcome to the forum.  You certainly didn't waste any time getting into the cooking, good on you.  Bread was way, way down on my list of achievements and even then it took some time for me to get it right  :-))  Lovely to have you on board and I look forward to future posts and perhaps some reviews of recipes you have tried on the forum.

Welcome to the forum Mon. The Thermomix is an easy way to make things from scratch. It's what we like here to have control over what goes in our cooking.
