It was the best day of the week when I was working too Cookie although maybe payday Thursday was pretty darn good as well  ;)

I love fridays, we send our staff home early, and try to go home around 4 - 4.30 too :)

Our public holiday on Monday in SA is for Adelaide Cup Day but with a temperature expected of 38^oC, the race may now be cancelled.

TGIF what a week, don't wont a repeat any time soon. DH and I are cruising down the swan river on our friend power boat, stopping at a restaurant for dinner and a glass or 2  of well earned bubbly.
Only 10 min and I have finished work.:)

Sounds lovely! We don't have a boat but a couple of friends do. One of my birthdays we took it out onto Sydney Harbour then pulled up at the marina in Darling Harbour and had lunch in there. It was beautiful!

We used to have hump day for the week and then on the middle day of term there was a big hump drawn on the staff room calendar. If we were having a bad term we used to have a count down as well.
