This is a Donna Hay recipe with one little tweak (Tenina's garlic paste instead of plain garlic).
I only had a small quantity of sour cream so this recipe is based on that amount - it was enough to dress a warm potato salad for 4 but you can double the recipe.
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp seeded mustard
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic paste
handful parsley leaves
25g water
With the blades running at speed 7, drop the parsley through the lid.
Add remaining ingredients and mix 10 sec/reverse/speed 5.
Nice over a warm potato salad or a green salad.

This sounds lovely for warm potatoes Judy.

It's very nice Cookie and a good recipe for using up that little bit of sour cream left in the container.

Love it. Nice over a lot of things.

I use equal quantity of sour cream and Dijon mustard as a dressing for warm potato and chorizo salad. Boil/steam potatoes, fry some garlic and chorizo, toss with some rocket/baby spinach plus whatever salad you feel like. Toss through dressing. Very yum!

That sounds very tasty hopefulcook.

Thanks JD, DH's current favourite, you know how they get something in their head for a while?

Thanks for sharing this Judy, I've just made it now and it was really lovely. I left out the garlic and added about a tablespoon of mayonnaise too. ;D

Glad you enjoyed it Katie.
