I finally sat down to watch Yotam Ottolenghi's Mediterranean that I recorded from SBS last week. Love these shows. One dish he prepared was the Lahmacun - or Turkish Pizza. It looked so delicious I thought I could find the recipe somewhere on the net . . . and here it is . . . :D

GF, I have posted a Turkish Type topping for pizza under pizza toppings. I cooked in the pizza machine. I have all Yotum's books and love to read them for inspiration. Must look at the TV programme. Thanks for that.

I love ottolenghi - his show Jerusalem was on the week before and was just as wonderful. So many inspirations for cooking!

Yes, Snappy... I saw (and taped!) Jerusalem too. Just amazing... And each time I watch it I get something different from it... :)

Oooh I have & love the book, what day is it on? :)

In Sydney this series is on Thursday nights on SBS - you can watch the videos for a limited amount of time on SBS on Demand - I can't find Jerusalem on the site but you can still watch the Mediterranean Feasts episode from last week here . . .
