What recipe have you made most in your Thermie?
Mine would have to be bolognaise ragu from EDC, with some personal variations...
Followed by nico moretti's chilli basil chicken from this forum (thanks Judy!!!)
-
I'd say it would be Rainbow's Easy Carbonara. I make that when I need a quick meal. I have loads of variations. ;D
-
I think mine is Chookie's No Fuss Rolls.
-
Main course has to be Chelsea's creamy prawn risotto - I must have done that at least 4 times ;D
-
I make Chookie's No Fuss Bread, Hally's Method frequently too.
-
Either Chookie's no fuss bread using Halley's method or speck and salad pizza from Dinner Spinner. Though I have made Baf's Chicken a few times.
-
Probably versions of the No Fuss Bread, but I like to convert and try something different most days. Today I am converting a French/ Indian curry mix.
-
Bafs Chicken
ILBimby chocolate cake
Rissottos :)
-
Quirky Jo's Chicken with Cashews & coconut rice would be my most made main dish.
I make baguettes frequently, and also use the no-fuss recipe to make scrolls.
Oh, and porridge, of course. How could I forget when I make it nearly every day?
-
ILB chocolate cake (sweet) and MF's Beef Rendang (mains).

Chicken strog from the EDC, Butter Chicken Indian Cookbook, Fast Chicken Curry EDC and Maddy's Red Curry Chicken Risotto

Initially I thought this may be hard, but then I realised that I no longer need the recipe for Chookie's No Fuss Rolls. This is our normal daily bread. I fool around with it a bit and sometimes have different flours and add seeds etc.
my second would be the condensed milk and cream icecream.
Third would be farfallina's chicken recipes.
-
Boiled egg
Cheese sauce
Chocolate custard < blush >
-
Risotto - Juliababilla's chicken jambalaya - Amy's zucchini muffins - JD's chicken and vegetable loaves.
-
No fuss bread, chicken with satay sauce http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=355.0 (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=355.0), Amy's zucchini muffins, Hally's lamb and fetta burgers and her zucchini, ham and cheese scrolls, and the creamy garlic prawn or chicken cacciatore risotto. I haven't been cooking many sweets lately, but I do love Dede's chocolate crunch slice, CP's cornflake cookies, Dan Leppard's choc chip and cranberry biscuits, Portuguese custard tarts, variations on the Turkish Delight icecream, choc ripple biscuits, my choc raspberry brownies.....I could go on and on!
-
Chookies no fuss bread rolls, icecream, Chelsea's creamy garlic prawn risotto or my chicken risotto and Quirky Jo's chicken with cashews. Pizza dough, zucchini scrolls, yoghurt, stroganoff, beetroot salad, JulieO's curry pasta salad, soups, biscuits and cakes are also made on a regular basis :D
-
Followed by nico moretti's chilli basil chicken from this forum (thanks Judy!!!)
Mine would probably be boiled eggs :)
then some chocolate/peanut butter/coconut oil/coconut flour confection my DH can't get enough of
coconut butter (with added cacao)
lemonade :D
steamed stuff (well, I steamed a few different things so far in this first month!)
This Chilli Basil Chicken above got my attention, I tried searching the forum but didn't get very far... would anyone be so kind as to point me in the right direction?
I can't find the recipe :( Thanks!

On a weekly basis I make bread, soup, sauces, pastry, cakes, crumble mix and salads in *: and chop up left over roast meat for shepherds pies.
Most made recipes well that's hard - at Christmas I made lots of cookie and cream fudge, and other goodies from the gifts thread. Cookies low fat panacotta I have made a lot and added variations too.
Monthly, I make chookie's Chocolate Delight ( making today), and MJ's pizza sauce.
I am never stuck for an idea as there are so many good recipes on here.
-
I forgot Chookies favourite quiche and 2 second salad. Probably have that once a fortnight.
