Title: How do you store your yoghurt?
Post by: CoyoteUgly on April 19, 2013, 09:31:05 am
Im going to make a batch of yoghurt for my DD

My question is - how do you store it in the fridge and where did you get the container, what type of container, where did you buy it from?

When I make mine I just keep it in the bowl I make it in. If making in  *: scald a clean bowl with boiling water, allow to air dry, and cover with cling.

That's the symbol for the thermomix jug :D

I've kept yogurt in the thermoserver - but now in a sterilised glass jar - sterilised just to be overly careful . .  ;D ;D

I set my yoghurt in the round thermoserver that came as a bonus when I purchased my tmx. It's the perfect size for the recipe. I leave it wrapped in a towel overnight inside the microwave so no one can touch it. I then place the thermoserver in the fridge and scoop out yoghurt as needed.
