For 8 servings
Ingredients:
100g sugar
500g strawberries (or other seasonal fruit)
500g low fat quark
200g cream
1 tsp vanilla sugar (or 1 sachet vanilla sugar)
1) Make icing sugar from 40g of the sugar, 10s/speed 10.
2) Add strawberries, 4s/speed 10. Set aside.
3) Add remaining 60g sugar, quark, cream and vanilla sugar to the TMX bowl and stir 10s/speed 4.
4) Pour quark cream mixture over strawberries and serve.
Variation:
You can put all the ingredients into the bowl and mix 15s/speed 4.

This should also be in the Dessert section - simple and delicious.
For Aussies - if you can't find quark - try 300g ricotta and 300g low fat sour cream instead of the quark and cream.

Thanks vivacity, sounds good for when summer comes. Thanks for the hint Thermomixer, would never find quark in my local Foodland store so it is nice to have a substitute that is readily available.
