Title: Mussels with Coconut Milk from A Seafood Bounty

We love Moules and have enjoyed several Thermomix Mussels recipes - here's another good one to add to the list.

The title doesn't suggest the rich Thai-style combination of flavours to show off the mussels.

Very enjoyable.  5/5
