Thanks everyone :) Cooking for 2 adults and 2 children. The list of recipes I want to try is huge, but definitely going to start with the vegetable stock, bread, custard and risotto (a couple of requests from the kids in there). Going shopping on the weekend to stock up ready for when the TMX arrives.

Woohoo, my TMX was delivered Fri night and we made the stock concentrate. Unfortunately I already had plans for all day Sat, so only managed a quick batch of CADA for the morning. Got a bit more done on Sunday with bread, Too Easy Chocolate Cake, Anzac Biscuits, Apricot Chicken (risotto style) and bread rolls as the first lot of bread was devoured before the end of the day. Still so many more things I want to try!!

Good heavens Buzzy!!! What slowed you down??? Just kidding!! You're off to a great start!!
