Name of Recipe: Thai Lemon and Sesame Chicken
Number of People: 2 as a side dish
Ingredients:
2cups seasonal vegetables sugar snap peas, mini corn, broccoli etc.
1 tablespoon fresh ginger finely chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon mirin or chinese wine
1 tablespoon oyster sauce or vegetarian stir fry sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons white sugar
juice and zest of 1 lemon or lemon juice about 4 teaspoons
1 large chicken breast, sliced in large pieces
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
2 spring onions, finely sliced to garnish
Method:
Place the vegetables evenly into the base of the varoma, place the lid on top and set aside.
Put the ginger, soy sauce, vegetable oil, mirin, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, lemon juice and zest into the TM bowl at cook for 2 minutes/varoma/speed 1.
Add the sliced chicken breast to TM bowl. Varoma on top and cook for 6 minutes/varoma/reverse/Speed 1. You can also use the whisk to keep it moving!
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced spring onions. Serve with steamed rice.
Tip: I use the whole of the ginger I don't peel it. Also I save a few little slices to add as a garnish as well.

That sounds amazing, plus I always wonder in a lot of the recipes if using the whisk is ok or a possibility to move things around more.. Not many members mention it..
