Hi marya - welcome to the forum!  Are you following the recipe to the letter? I've cooked mainly Thai curries in my TMX - and only very few pasta dishes.  I'm sure there are forum members who are really expert when it comes to these kinds of dishes - so I'm not sure I can be too much help.  Would it help if you decreased the mixing time and speeds?  I know it's very easy to overdo the mixing and you can end up with soup or at least mush.

Be patient.  I'm sure someone will come along soon and offer some really good advice for you!

Hi marya, welcome to the forum.  It's not unusual to have teething problems, I'm sure most of us did - I certainly did.
Perhaps tell us which recipes you had a problem with and we might be able to help you. Have you tried any from the forum or are using the recipe books?

I think as a basic principal,  both rice and pasta are under cooked and then left to sit in the Thermosaver ,  to finish off.

Welcome to the forum. there is a wealth of support and help here.
I have great success with cooking rice in the thermomix but am less successful with pasta even using the under cook method.
I think the blades are too rough for the poasta so I always use a saucepan for the pasta and cook the sauce in the thermomix.
Good luck you may have more success than I have. ;)

Hi and welcome. Sorry haven't made too many curries, but others can help you.
