Title: Creamed Cheese and Peanut Butter Icing.

DD made a lovely cake today and put this icing on it. It is so nice I could eat it by the spoon.

125g cream cheese
106g icing sugar
88g peanut butter

Place the cream cheese into the bowl, with the butterfly. Speed 4. Until smooth and creamy. Scrape down.
Add icing sugar, speed 4 until creamy.
Add peanut butter, speed 2 until just combined.

What sort of cake did she make cookie? That icing sound lovely, I think I would be eating more than what would go on the cake. Lol

The cake doesn't have any peanut butter in it, but does have blitzed chocolate in it. I can't wait to try it on a chocolate cake.
