Title: Danish seed bread.

Yesterday,  several visitors to CC's lunch requested the recipe for the Seed Bread.  It was from a Blog called ' My New Roots '.  I hope this helps.   ;D

Bess, this was a nice and "different" bread which would be great served with something savory on top i.e. smoked salmon & cream cheese or cheese ect.

Chookie kindly gave me some of this to take home with me, and I just had some for lunch with ham and seeded mustard on top, with a salad.  Very tasty and quite filling.  I think this will become a regular workday lunch for me.  Thanks again!

Interesting bread with no flour...will have to try just need a cople of ingredients :)
