This was very nice. I used a different arborio rice than I normally used (which is Principe) and found it slightly gluggy. Didn't tell anyone else who was eating it and they don't notice. In fact they loved it, so will make it again. All her recipes are well executed and very easy to follow, and I find them vey tasty.

I tossed through crisp prosciutto.
I used 4 cloves garlic instead of 8, as mine were larger in size....but I thought the garlic flavour just overpowered this dish too much :-\ I couldn't eat it.
I wouldn't mind trying again, but with only 2 cloves next time.

I cut back on the garlic to 6 cloves and roasted it was nutty and nice.
We loved this one.

Must do this - I'll use Tenina's confit of garlic.

I made this recently and I halved the garlic as 8 cloves seemed a lot. Glad I did as four was plenty. I also added crisped 150gm of cooked pancetta. We loved it and some GK's ate the leftovers for lunch. Will definately make this again. Love TMX risotto when time is very limited for cooking. :)

We are all sniffly so I used 6 jumbo cloves of garlic LOL. Lucky it was fresh garlic and then roasted so we shouldn't stink tomorrow.
