I haven't got my Thermomix as yet, demo in September. Mad keen to get it.

Hi Sue - and a very warm welcome to the forum!!  If you haven't already seen this thread, do take a good look as it's almost a cookbook in itself!  It's a compilation of tried and true Forum TMX recipes from CreamPuff 63.. You can't go wrong!
