I'm from Madrid, Spain (please, forgive my bad english!). I have a thermo from 2006, and I love it.
My other hobbies are crochet and babywearing (wraps, RS ...). And Harry Potter (see my nickname).
I arrived at this cool forum googling "tang zhong", wanting to improve my breads.
I'm keen to learn a lot of new recipes.

Welcome to the forum Carmen.It's lovely to have another European member here,I live in the UK.There are many wonderful bread makers here on the forum so you will have fun cooking bread recipes from here. ;D

My specialty is dark chocolate brownie. I mainly use tmm for dough cake.
