Title: Quick Fix : Every Occasion - Broccoli & Goats Cheese Frittata with Pancetta

Super tasty. The broccoli is cooked to perfection and not overcooked. Salty bacon flavour from the pancetta, and complementing taste from all other ingredients. Cooked the pancetta in a small frying pan, and then heated up the frittata dish in the black pizza oven and used the pancetta fat on the bottom and just a tiny piece of butter around the pan to ensure it doesn't stick. Way to go. will definitely make this again 5/5.   Linked - JD
