Title: Recipe Review - Eggs in Ramekins - Baby & Toddler Book p
Post by: Tasty on October 10, 2013, 06:18:45 am
We had these for breakfast today. Although pretty simple to make, it does take a while as you have to wait for them to steam. The 15 mins was too long in our case and the yolks were pretty much hardboiled. I couldn't check on them before the time was up as I am toilet training my little one and hubby was busy but definitely recommend to cook less or keep an eye on them so they don't overcook.

Regardless, they were tasty but would've tasted much better if soft-boiled.

I have a customer asking about this recipe:

I would like to make 'eggs in ramekins' from the baby & toddler cookbook but doesn't indicate what type of ramekin can be used in the varoma. Is porcelain ok to use?

Can anyone advise, please?

I'm pretty sure that's what I used.
