Title: Basic Cooking Ingredient Ratios
Post by: Cuilidh on October 24, 2013, 07:56:13 pm
I've been on the Lifehacker site again - it is rapidly becoming one of my favourites - and came across this (http://www.lifehacker.com.au/2013/10/how-to-free-yourself-from-recipes-with-a-few-golden-cooking-ratios/) article on basic cooking ratios.  Hope you find it useful

That's fascinating. I wonder if I would ever be brave enough to go with it?

Thanks Marina.  This is basically what I do but it is nice to see it written down.
